Dr. Eugene Clark was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan on July 21, 1917. Following the completion of undergraduate work, he studied economics at Harvard University and was awarded a doctorate in 1941. He was employed as both educator and consultant to the Federal Reserve Board before coming to Washington State University in 1957.
